The challenge was to transform a compact 20 m² studio in Orihuela into an attractive, comfortable and functional space for short-term rental. Every square metre needed to work efficiently while creating a memorable interior that would stand out in a competitive rental market.
02 / DESIGN SOLUTION
A compact space, designed to make a lasting impression. The interior combines intelligent space planning, a warm neutral palette, decorative wall panels, contrasting floor finishes and carefully selected furniture. A distinctive dining area, layered lighting and refined details give this small rental studio the character and comfort of a boutique interior. The result is a visually appealing, practical space designed around the needs of short-term guests.
