01 / THE BRIEF
The project involved the interior design of an 80 m² investment apartment in Torrevieja, Spain, intended for short-term rental. The main challenge was to create an attractive, comfortable and functional interior within a limited budget. The apartment needed to appeal to a broad range of guests while remaining practical for frequent use, cleaning and maintenance. The objective was to enhance the property's rental appeal through thoughtful design decisions and efficient allocation of resources.
02 / DESIGN SOLUTION
The design approach focused on achieving maximum visual impact through carefully selected materials, furniture and decorative elements without unnecessary expenditure. A calm, contemporary interior palette was developed to create a welcoming atmosphere and broad market appeal. Furniture selection prioritised comfort, functionality and efficient use of space, while decorative details added character and a distinctive visual identity. Each design decision balanced aesthetic quality, budget considerations and the practical requirements of a short-term rental property.
